One of the most disgusting things I have ever attempted to eat: Hot Dog Melt: $4.99, which consists of a hot dog, turkey, bacon and cheese wrapped in a tortilla shell and deep fried at BG’s Cakes-N-More at the Empire Mall Food Court. I only ordered it because I had to photograph it for a dining review and after 2 bites I gave up as a pool of grease covered the plate.

Had an awesome day in Lucan brewing up a batch of my Olde Ale. Despite being a very long day I think everyone had a blast. They let us participate in every step of the process from weighing grain, stirring and cleaning out the mash tun to measuring the gravity at the end, all while sampling their lineup. We cranked out 15 barrels (465 gallons) which should be fermenting now and will probably be available sometime in February.
