Nearly had a beer emergency today. Apparently I’m not very good at math: 5.5 Gallons of beer - trub + 2oz leaf hops = overflowing carboy. Luckily I had a smaller container to fill with the overflow.

Turns out my fridge is smaller than I thought. Doesn’t look like I can fit two kegs in there. Time for a dedicated kegerator…
