When designing a locator map, locate cities in the correct state. Sioux City IS IN IOWA not South Dakota. Assuming they confused Sioux Falls and Sioux City, which I suppose is possible, than Montrose should be west of the Sioux City dot, not north.

Just wanted to give a rare, text only, shout out to Ohio University for again making the Princeton Review top 10 party school list. I am a bit disappointed you let your neighbors to the north and east (Penn State and WVU) out party you, but #5 isn’t too bad.
